There have been several discussions regarding credit card charging across different threads. To simplify things, I propose creating a post where all credit card charging-related information can be consolidated. This will make it easier for us to provide the correct team with feedback when necessary.

What is Surcharging?
Credit Card Surcharging beta product offered by Toast allows you to automatically surcharge in eligible U.S. states to help offset the cost of your credit card processing fees. 

If you are interested in this product and you do not have access, you can sign up for the waitlist here. It is worth noting not all customers will be eligible. 

"Please note, eligibility for the Credit Card Surcharging product may depend on your location, whether you have a direct processing relationship with a card brand, your volume, or other factors. Ineligible customers may not be notified when the product becomes available."

Hey Rob,  I was checking to see if you had an update on when we will be able to start charging customers a CC surcharge?

@Rob Hi rob I’m sure if you had more information you’d let us know and I bet you’re getting pestered with this question all the time. I just wanted to do a quick follow up to see if you have an update on when the credit card surge charging option will roll out to everybody. Do you have any additional information yet on this? Thank you

Look under payments, it showed up there for me last week.
