customizing reports to extract delivery commission fee

Does anyone have any idea how you can customize your reports so that the commission fee is backed out to how accurate sales data?

Thanks for reaching out to the community. Wanting to track commissions makes a ton of sense! In order for me to best help, could you answer the following?

Is the commission from Toast Toast Delivery Services (TDS)?
Does the commission show up on payout/deposit reports?
Is the commission from a 3rd-party (Uber/GrubHub/etc) invoice?
