Good morning,
We are not sure about the best practices with digital receipts. I talked to Support and was not satisfied the answer I received, so I am hoping you all can help me out.
Can a server changes a tip amount on the POS for a receipt that was signed digitally by the guest?
Is there a way to identify the digital receipts on the server shift report?
I have only found one place that I can see the signed receipt. where is the easiest place to see these?
Any help would be great!

It is possible to update a tip after the customer has signed, it does require manager approval now once the check is closed (assuming your permissions are set that way)
Not sure what you mean by identify digital receipts in shift report, but if you go to employees, pos report configurations, shift review, you can see all the options for what can be included in the report.
Payment report is probably the best way to see all receipts, also can use find check advanced search by employee, actions, show receipt (this is better if you need to see all information on the receipt)
