Mobile Ordering Receipts and KDS Routing

Ok... I need a mobile ordering/KDS Routing expert here.

We just turned on Mobile Ordering in our coffee shop. We have the receipts print at our expediter screen. However... we don't need the "Merchant" copy of the receipt to print. Anyone know if there's a way to just turn that copy off?

Great question; thanks for reaching out to the community! 

To stop the "merchant" copy of the receipt from printing, follow these steps:
1. In Toast Web, navigate to Takeout & delivery > Availability> Takeout/delivery.
2. Scroll down to the Receipt Printing section.
3. Make sure that the Merchant Copy is deselected for the Payment Receipts setting.
4. Save and publish your changes.

Thank you so much! I would have never found that! haha!

I have been trying to accomplish the same thing but changing this setting does not change anything. Our printer is still printing merchant copies with all online take out orders. Is there another solution to this?

Those are the only steps to prevent online orders from printing. If you have saved and published the changes, you may try resyncing the data. However, if that doesn't work, you may need to contact support for further troubleshooting.
