Hi,
we are having an issue where tickets come up and then disappear from the expo screens and appear green on the front end display which makes it look as if the order has been completed, although it has not.
The ticket display is correct on the devices
this happens randomly and not just with online or third party orders, it can happen to any order placed .
Does anyone have any suggestions where and how to fix this?

If you have the ticket numbers, you can use the audit history to review what happened to them. There is a possibility someone is just messing around with the KDS, make sure you do not allow the KDS mode permission for employees who shouldn't have it. Any device can be put into KDS mode as an expeditor if they have the permission, or the passcode of someone who does, including handhelds. Like Rob said if you have some check numbers and dates when it occurs you could use the audit log to see if they are being fulfilled from another device.
