Is there a way to prioritize certain modifiers on the KDS screen without manually rushing an item?
Currently, we have a soup and salad combo where guests often request the soup to be served first. I set up an "Up First" prep station and assigned it to the soup portion so it appears on that prep station for our food runners to see easily. However, we have limited prep station screens, and I’m looking for a more efficient solution. Ideally, I would like the soup portion to automatically be bumped to the front of the tickets on the KDS screen. Our dine-in expo screens fill up quickly, and we want to avoid scrolling through the screen to locate any soup/salad combos. It would be ideal if the soup portion appeared separately and prioritized at the front of the KDS.
