When a prep station bumps a ticket, the ticket is moving to the front on the Expo KDS. This is causing issues at our Drive-Thru since the order of the tickets displayed are the orders of the cars in DT. Does anyone know if this can be changed? We are only seeing this after we changed from one level expediter to two level expediter. Thanks!
