Extracted invoices not showing in QuickBooks

I have 8 invoices that show as extracted, with no error messages I can see, but which do not appear in QuickBooks.  I ran Update Web Services and got this:    Can you help?  We were working with Bailey Boykan, who is on vacation this week.

Thanks for reaching out to the community! This might mean that the QuickBooks integration isn't set up properly, link attached for more info, but perhaps someone from the community will be able to offer more guidance. Also, if you have a case number with Toast support, feel free to drop it as well, and I can investigate further!
