Looking for some insight to help solve an issue we are having with our Xtrachef and Quickbooks online integration, where invoices and sales syncs are extracted into QBO without a location designation.
Background- We have 3 locations on toast/ xtrachef integrated into 1 QBO account. Integration is set up at the location level in xtrachef and location tracking is enabled in QBO.
There seems to be an location # from QBO that xtrachef needs to reference, but i cant find what that is (QBO doesnt have location #s), or any literature or support that explains how to solve this.
Any help is appreciated.
