When entering open items the price doesn't print on tickets... Also, transfers don't have to be accepted. It's almost like a force transfer. Both of these scare me. Any current fixes or ideas?

Your open items may not be configured properly, the name and price should print on the check. The article below explains how to set up open items. As far as transfers, are you talking about check transfers?

If you are referring to the kitchen tickets, price does not show on there. Transferring checks requires several permissions, if you don't want that to be done without manager permission, take one or more of them away. https://doc.toasttab.com/doc/platformguide/adminTransferringOrders.html
