I have emailed brandedmobileapp@toast.com but they never answer. The branded mobile app settings page on toast keeps saying “action required” for our google play app but we don’t exactly know what we have missed or is missing. Went through the setup video three times and I don’t see anything that we have missed. I wish we can tell from the branded mobile page what exactly is missing or I hope toast add a branded mobile team rep? Our iOS app has been out for almost a week now and still waiting for google.

Did you get any update? Still waiting for them to respond. I emailed brandedmobileapp@toasttab.com a week ago but still no response.

SAME. For months now, I have been trying to get our app live in Google Play Store. In our case, Google is requiring a privacy statement. Toast Support told me I would need to retain a lawyer to have a privacy statement drafted. So my website, powered by Toast has a privacy policy created by Toast; however my branded mobile app, powered by Toast requires me to retain a lawyer to draft? I'm fine with using Chat to create a privacy policy, but how do I link it? No one at Toast has given me resolution to that. I've been told that my most recent case regarding this issue has been escalated to engineering with a high priority status. That was November 5th. Today is November 18th and I still have no resolution. If you've gotten your app in Google Play Store, please share what you did to have that happen. Thank you!
