Branded Mobile App

How can I resolve this issue? I've filled in all the required information according to the steps, but it's been two weeks and I'm still stuck in this situation. Customer service just gives me perfunctory responses.

Thanks for your patience. If your app still shows “Action Required” after completing all the steps:

  • Go to your Google Play Console and ensure the invitation from brandedmobileapp@toasttab.com is active and accepted. If it expired, resend the invitation and confirm Toast has accepted it.
  • Double-check your Privacy Policy link is live (must be hosted on your website, not as a PDF) and correctly entered under Admin → Sites → App → Design & Marketing → Privacy Policy URL.
  • If you see any validation errors (red boxes) in Toast Web under App Settings, correct them and republish.
  • If all fields are correct and the app has been stuck for over a week, ask Toast Support to escalate it to the Branded Mobile App engineering queue
