Hey all--recently switched over to Toast Retail here wondering if anyone has a way to determine inventory value of my products within a certain category (I want to know my beer inventory, wine inventory, spirit inventory, food inventory all separately). We use Inventory Turnover and Sales Turnover ratios as goals for our managers but found this data increasingly difficult to find within Toast. Any ideas?
