Looking for help with Jobs and tips not going where they should! Help pls!

I have fast casual burger joint.  I setup my toast jobs up as all ""cashier" as I was instructed to do for my employees.  My issue is with credit card tips if staff is working in the kitchen expediting logged in as " cashier" that tips aren't going to them but told me it would be all pooled together when setting up even though they aren't taking orders upfront.  Expediter at our store can bounce back and forth to help in Either station!  If someone can please help with this would be much appreciated!! Thank you!

We have a similar setup at our restaurant, we keep track of each individuals tips at the end of the night via Excel and manually adjust tip amounts and whatnot that way! The only real other option (so I've been told ) would be make individual accounts for them to have them log in on, or make a few other "worker" accounts (think like " Cashier 1, cashier 2" etc etc) and have them use those accounts to help break it up a little more

Does that expeditor job have the tipped box checked under job setup?
