I've updated a couple of employees with new jobs. Normally this would be reflected in the clock-in UI within a short amount of time, but it's now been several weeks and neither employee can clock-in using the new job.
This used to work and no longer does. Any ideas?

Clear your device cache and resync data. You may have to clear cache on all handhelds and terminals. It's worked for me before.
