Notification Setup Options Greyed Out

I originally configured POS notifications for servers when the KDS fulfills items a few weeks ago. I had also checked these settings not even a week ago and I don't remember seeing grayed out options. But now they are, and I have no idea what caused that.

I searched Toast articles/documents and the most I found regarding grayed out options was to reset your browser's (Firefox) cookies & cache, which I did to no avail. For reference, I'm a top-level user with all permissions granted so it's not that.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I was able to get it to go grey out for me, it is because QR code payments is not checked, if you check QR Code payment it they will be active.  (to clarify, check QR code, and hit save)

I wouldn't have expected QR codes to affect that whole section, but it does. Sometimes I forget you also have to hit "Save" before seeing the changes.

And despite the setting being "stuck" (uneditable / grayed out) on only sending QR codes and gift card notifications to handhelds, they still receive order ready notifications. What is going on with Toast?
