Online ordering for Events, time restriction

Is there a way to enable 24hr online ordering for Events? It seems the global restriction for online ordering is during hours of operation. For Events that are 1, 2, 3, whatever weeks out, customers should be able to purchase 24/7. HELP!

I think their might be a new feature with online ordering pro for this but I can't seem to find it now.

This is the best article I have found on 24-hour service. You might be able to create a new menu for events that has a 24-hour availability, but I'm not sure.
