I use a 3rd party to collect customers info (name, email, phone and DOB) and upload it to Toast every 2 weeks for our newsletter.

Is there a way to edit the information I am allowed to upload into Toast? Right now it only allows me to upload the first name, last name and email. I'd like to upload the birthday as well. We will most likely run a bday special at some point.

There is no way to edit the information that can be imported into the Guestbook (more info can be found with the links below). Toast Loyalty, however, allows guests to enter their birthdays. If this doesn't work for you, though, you likely need to use a third party to track birthday information.

Thanks for the reply. What is the best way for customers to provide their birthday info? Can I add it to the newsletter signup form?

What is the newsletter sign-up form? Is this a part of the email marketing module?
