Hello Toasters,

I am new to the toast platform and i am trying to set up my online ordering.  I currently have it in test mode and every time i add an item, it charges less than my listed price for the item.  Does anyone know how to resolve?  My $15 item shows $13 in the cart.  Please advise.

Seems really high, but not impossible depending on your location and taxes, but do you maybe have smart tax enabled on your menu where it should not be? https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Tax-Inclusion-Smart-Tax

Yes it could either be your prices include tax. Or your Dining behavior taxes arent configured correctly
