We use handheld payments frequently so in the case of chargebacks, I go to the back office and can search and find the receipt with the customer's signature. Previously I could choose open receipt in new tab it would show the itemized receipt with the customer's electronic signature. Now it only shows the itemized receipt. It still shows the signature when I choose show receipt, but it is a lot easier to screen shot the receipt to submit to challenge the chargeback when it's in its own tab. I submitted a support ticket, but not sure if they submit feature requests. Can we get this to the right people to bring the signatures back when opened in a new tab?
