I have created a new menu subgroup. When a menu item is selected from the new menu subgroup, a modifier group titled "Glass Size" is displayed. Alongside the Glass Size modifier group, the following additional modifiers also display: Dining Option, Special Request, and Discount Item.
How do I remove these additional modifiers (Dining Option, Special Request, and Discount Item) from being displayed in the menu subgroup?

Unfortunately there are no menu specific overrides for the built-in modifiers, just on or off. Only option would be to create your own dining option modifier group for changing the dining option at the item level, and turn off the built in one. So a modifier group named dining option, or add it to an existing misc mod group that you may already have, create a modifier named "takeout" or "to-go" that is attached at the menu group level to only the menus you want it to appear on.

You would have to turn those off under front of house, order screen setup, scroll down to modifying items, uncheck the ones you do not want to appear, they will be gone from everywhere though, no way to do it just for that modifier group.

Hi rcmck,
Thank you for your response.
I am familiar with Front of House, Order Screen Setup, Modifying Items.
I do not want to remove the additional modifiers (Dining Option, Special Request, and Discount Item) from a modifier group. I want to remove the additional modifiers from a specific menu and it's subgroups (related to alcohol menu items).
There are other menus that I do want the additional modifiers to appear on (food menus, such as the Dinner menu).
For certain menus, is there a way to override the default setting of these additional modifiers so they do not appear? For example, the only Dining Option for alcohol is Dine In, so I do not want the Dining Option modifier to appear on my alcohol menus.
Thanks!
