For toast tip pooling rule set up, how do account for a ghost employee contributing tips and then a position no showing. For example Shared Bar (ghost) is the employee receiving tips and those are split between Bartenders (actual humans) and Bar backs (also humans). If no barback is scheduled, all tips should go to the bartenders. However, toast is sending the barback share back to Shared Bar, which I don't want. How do I set this up properly?

We have this.
I created a job code and position named the same, Bar Team.
When I run 2 bartenders, (they're clocked in as themselves) but while they're together, we clock in Bar Team (ghost).
Everything they ring when together, is under Bar Team Ghost).
When someone leaves, we close Bar Team (Ghost) , run a report and clock them out.
The late bartender carries on under their own number.

Pool:
Contributor is Bar Team
Receiver is Bartenders. Only Bartenders.
They receive 100% of Cash tips, Gratuities, non-Cash tips, etc.
There isn't anything to return, because if Bar Team tips out bus or runners, it's a different pool.
