Toast Local app issue: "Not accepting orders"

We've recently discovered that our online store is not accepting orders via the Toast Local app.

The app shows "Not accepting orders at this time".

Our regular online store works fine.

On the Toast Local app, all of our menus are showing... just unable to make purchases.

Everything seems to be configured correctly in Toast admin. 

We have a support ticket open with Toast and they can't figure it out. 

What are we missing?

Hi ! Have you looked into the Toast Takeout settings? They are separate from the Toast Local toggle for the web. You might need to adjust the setting to enable ordering through the Toast Takeout app. For our location, we have Toast Local enabled for the web, but we’ve disabled ordering through the Toast Local by Toast app.

Here is how to get to this setting:

Takeout & Delivery -> Toast Order Sources -> Toast Takeout - > select "List my restaurant on Local by Toast"

Have you contacted Toast support for troubleshooting? Are you still experiencing this issue, and do you have a case number?

This is has been resolved.

 

 

I can't find you on local at all, have you checked local and takeout settings, they are two separate settings, one is app and one is the website, both may need to be on.
