Toast Pay Card and Pay Out

Hi all!  Curious on feedback from anyone that does Toast Pay Card and Pay Outs.  Pros and Cons?  We currently pay credit card tips out on paychecks and are contemplating a change. Owner wants to start withholding for credit card fees but allowing pay outs. Searched Toast Central but not finding all the answers to some of our concerns.
