What does this mean? My entire staff can not log in because of this.

Thank you for reaching out to the community! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing login challenges. If you haven't already, I highly recommend reaching out to Toast support, as they can provide specialized assistance to resolve your issue here. This looks like it might be a person's computer, not toast hardware. If that is the case, you can try the below: If that doesnt work, you may have to reach out to support, as there could be something blocking your access. I also attached some other articles below. Let me know if you need further help!

  • Clear cache & cookies - Use Chrome and clear browsing data/cache completely
  • Try incognito mode - Sometimes helps bypass cached auth issues
  • Reset the password - Reset it even if you think it's correct
  • Verify the correct login URL - Make sure you're using auth.toasttab.com
  • Check the profile - Verify email matches between POS and backend profiles, check for duplicates
