Hi! My name is Ciara Taylor, I am the Operations Manager at All In Hospitality for 3 local hot spots downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan - Donkey Taqueria, The Winchester and Hancock. We've been using Toast for over 3 years now!
Looking forward to learning more about everyone's successes and opportunities they've had while staying relevant in an always quick changing industry.
Has anyone started going totally paperless with table side service? Taking orders on a handheld? Cashing out a guest there as well? Do you have any issues with hospitality and guest connections while there is an electronic between the two of you? Has it saved you money on paper? Is it uncomfortable to have a guest sign and tip directly with the server standing there?
