Can I have modifiers default on a item?

i see i can have a default modifier.   and pre modifiers.  these do not fight what i am  trying to do.
I want to be able to select an our Lox 2 Go Box item from POS and have the 4 modifiers items in that item  auto populate on screen and on kitchen printed  ticket.  This is more for portion control.

what i want is:   Select Item.  Lox Box on POS.    Lox Box 

On POS show: 

Lox Box.    $20.00
( these below mods auto select  and show on pos and kitchen printed tix)  
 4 slices of Lox
 4 Tomatos
 4 Onions
 2 portions Capers.

 not seeing any way to accomplish this .

Are you using the new menu builder? That may be your issue, hit the advanced settings button on whatever item you are trying to set default modifiers on and you should see the default check boxes next to the modifiers. If you are not seeing the default modifiers printed on tickets or on KDS then you may have it set to not print default modifiers, under UI options you can change that setting.

The Best Solution would Be to Add this as a Discount Combo. Because you cant default quantities
