Counterservice: Customers insert credit card and payment gets processed before cashier selects "pay"

Can someone direct me to the correct setting? We have always had this problem of a customer inserting their card and the payment processes, before we have a chance to finish putting in all items, and before we even select "pay" on our side of the screen.

Update: In 2.74 it will be possible to enable guest pay without a second magnetic card reader or a guest facing display

If you don't have two card readers and it won't let you set it to guest pay, wait until you are upgrade to 2.74 and try again then.

I only show 1 card reader... I used to have a card reader attached to the POS, but when I switched over to the counter toast tap, you guys told me to take that other card reader off. I will try changing the counter cube to guest and see if that helps.
