This isn't a Toast-related question, but I was just wondering if anyone has digital screens up in their restaurant with the menu on them. If so, I was wondering if you like the company you are using, how easy it is to update your menu and what the pricing looks like.

I’ve found the most cost effective way is buying cheap tvs like TCL or Hisense Roku 4k tvs (under $300). They have a built in media player that allows you to loop either jpgs or .mp4 movies . Just plug in a usb with your menu and you are done , no subscription and no expensive tv is needed . Let me know if you need any help if you go this route

Great idea. Did you create your content in canva or another program to achieve a professional look?

No personal experience with them but toast acquired Delphi display systems a year or so ago. https://www.delphidisplay.com/solutions/digital-menu-boards/ seems like it integrates with your menu so I think it's as simple as updating your POS menu, article on setting it up https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Create-a-Menu-for-the-Delphi-Digital-Menu-Board Their is also an integration with Raydiant and a few others under the digital signage section of integrations.
