If I have a guest that has lost or damaged their loyalty card, is there a way I can assign a new card to the existing account? Cant really find anything on the POS or in the back end.

What you will need to do is:
1) get a new card and link it with customer's phone number
2) go to https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/reports/home#rewards-cards
3) search customer by their phone number. You should see two or more accountants under the same phone number. Locate the card numbers.
4) go to https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/transfercard and merge the accounts.
So essentially, the only way to replace a lost or damage card is to create a new account and then combine the new account with the existing one.
