When we opened originally the tip percentages for customers to give were higher on the handle helds. now they are very low and we didn't change them. were trying to figure out how they changed, when did they change, and how to change them back

The article below explains how to fix those tip options. Also, Digital Receipts are likely already enabled on your handhelds, but this is required for these tip options to show up.
