This is something I've just noticed, but apparently its been going on for a while. Our loyalty program is set to reward $5 per 100 points acquired. When they apply the loyalty card to their check, it'll print the guests receipt with a message at the bottom showing them their gathered rewards. However, this number is completely wrong. It seems to be showing their point balance as a dollar amount instead of showing their actual reward balance. For example, a guest 252 points saved up and the receipt was telling them the could " Get $25.20 off their next visit" when the actual balance was $12.50. They thought someone used their points without them knowing before I realized what the issue was.
I don't know why it would be showing this way, but how could I fix it?
