Our Kiosk keeps timing out where a pin number has to be entered in order to get back to the ordering screen. Any idea how to turn the time out off? Thank you in advance!
I don’t think kiosk should behave like that. I would suggest you contact support and ask for another replacement or ask for a senior hardware specialist. I can’t image to have a kiosk that keeps timing out frequently.
