Request for Loyalty Points Delay Feature

Some guests have paid and activated the reward program, matching our redemption process, and have received the redeem SMS. They are now requesting to use the points immediately. Is it possible to make the points available for redemption 24 hours after payment? This delay could help encourage guests to return rather than redeeming them right away.

Thanks for reaching out to the community. To answer your question, we cannot, but this is a great idea to encourage customers to come back. I will relay this idea to my team! For now, you will have to make this an "in-house rule" and just let customers know they can redeem it in 24 hrs.
