Hi everyone,
Have there been any recent reports of issues with rewards? Some locations have mentioned that guests can see their birthday rewards available in the app, but when they visit the store to redeem them, the rewards are not available for redemption on the POS.
Another issue reported is the inability to close a check with a remaining balance after applying a cash reward. An “insufficient guest balance” message appears, and the only workaround has been to remove the cash reward and comp the check for that reward value.
I’ve opened cases for both issues. For the birthday rewards, we were advised to clear the cache and resync devices. The second issue has been escalated.
If anyone has experienced either issue and has any suggestions, please feel free to share. 🙂

We had issues with the birthday rewards - dine-in customers redeemed $5 rewards, but POS only showed $0. Not sure it happend to all dine-in customers or not. I know many of them were redeemed through online without any issues. Next time, I will clear the cache (and report here).
