We started a fundraising campaign and it is not working properly. The round up prompt does not show up for all servers. How can this be fixed? What is causing this issue?

For employee tabs that do no work, after the customer signs their name on the handheld to pay their credit card transaction, it is complete. It does not give the option to contribute, it is as if there is no campaign.
For the employees that it is correctly working for, it asks the customer if they would like to contribute. (As it should) after their signature.
There are really no images to share. It works for some not for others. - Lisa

Is it possible it is related to the handhelds and not the employees? Have you tried two different employees on the same device and gotten different results? I would try resyncing all data on the handhelds it is not working on.

Hey @LHayden, I contacted my team; they explained to check that digital receipts are enabled for all machines. This is necessary for digital fundraising to be visible.
