Menu issues

We have been with TOAST for fifteen years (15) months, and it has been a nightmare. Whenever we request an update to our menu to update prices, menu additions, change a category, they screwed up our menu or the agent put us on hold or disconnect the call. Wish we never partnered with TOAST.
Has anyone had the same experiences?

I’ll make sure your feedback is passed along to the team, and I’ll flag your experience for review by a higher tier of support to take a closer look at what’s going wrong.
Out of curiosity—are you currently set up to make menu changes yourself, or is there something blocking you from doing so? Many locations manage their own menus through toasttab.com so I’d love to understand your setup better and see if we can get you more control or better support!
