Toast-Takeout-Reward

Hi All,

  Can anyone tell me what "Toast-Takeout-Reward" on the payment screen is? One of my managers accidently hit the button on the payment screen and realized it comped or paid for the whole meal and put it into closed checks. The order in reference has phone number, or email, or card attached to the transaction.

I do not have Loyalty turned on currently (we haven't started it yet). I have looked in toast central and nothing comes up under specifically "Toast-Takeout-Reward".

Anyone know what this button is and why it comps a whole meal? Also if it's used where would I see this on the sales summary/reporting?

You can go to your other payment settings and hide it from the POS to prevent accidents. I believe it should be under discounts in sales summary,  *correction it is under payments*
this is a direct screenshot from a support ticket I had a long time ago about it, could never find anything in toast central about it.
