Add a new code from another company

How can I add a different code from another restaurant I already have an account with another restaurant but where I am working in the afternoon they sent me the information but I cannot access it and entering the code does not allow me to enter

Hi @Peloncharles. Just looking for a little more detail here. Are you an employee working at a restaurant that uses Toast, asking about onboarding with a completely separate restaurant that also uses Toast?

Nick I am hoping you can help me since you are an ambassador. I am a bookkeeper and have access to my client's Toast payroll accounts. How can I add another company code to my account? I log in with one of my company codes but I can't figure out how to add the other one to the same account.

Hey @LaneBusinessLLC , unfortunately I do not use Toast Payroll so I'm not sure of this process. @Rob are you aware of a solution here?

To add or change a company code for Toast Payroll, please initiate a live chat with our Customer Support team. You can access the chat in Toast Web and Payroll Web by selecting the blue support button in the lower-right corner of any page, or through the Support tab in the Toast Now app.
