We have been considering using AI to create more robust & thorough job posts & descriptions. It has been surprising how accurate the results have been when prompting to 'create a job description for a fine dining server'. While they do need a few tweaks and personalization, it has been an excellent tool in helping us finesse our long used templates.
I would highly recommend others, especially new restaurants, giving it a try.
Has anyone seen success or concerns when using AI to create hiring or training documents?
