Archival access and analysis using Python/R etc

Hi all, by chance has anyone extracted archival Raw data to do Data Analysis with external tools such as Python/R etc.

Im looking to our data on an individual cheque level and look at menu item performance for Market basket Analysis and menu engineering purposes. 

Id be grateful for any thoughts or advice

Oh, gotcha. I don't have much experience with Python;😅 I always wanted to learn, though! As far as I can see, there are no blockers, you should be fine if we don't have to provide anything other than the info provided on Toastweb.com.
The closest to that info would be the "Order Details" combined with "Orders" reports. Make sure to click the "Show/hide" and select All. Also, I really like Data Analysis, so if you ever want to share your bots or have questions about reports, send me a DM!

I think data exports is what you want, https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Automated-Nightly-Data-Export-1492723819691 Personally I have never used them, so all I know about them is that they exist. But I think that is were you would begin with something like data analysis.
