Turn guest feedback you collect from Toast Pay customers into public Google Reviews. Feedback collected by Toast Pay is shared to your Google Business Profile immediately following payment to help drive new customers to your restaurant!
Google Reviews are one of the biggest decision factors for restaurant discovery but getting guests to actually leave them is hard. Today, 95 percent of Toast Pay ratings are 4 or 5 stars (with 88 percent being 5 stars). This beta helps you put these ratings to use and turn them into real visibility for your business online.
With Toast Pay Google Reviews, guests who leave a rating after paying can choose to share that review directly on Google. This happens immediately after a successful meal and payment, when guests are most engaged and most likely to follow through.

Toast Loyalty rewards have been optimized to allow for more flexibility, control, and engagement - configure up to 4 rewards of either kind (cash or item) and encourage guests to work up to that next reward tier.
The new multi-reward system in Toast Loyalty introduces a redesigned reward configuration system that improves upon the way dollars off rewards work. The new system replaces the progressive dollars off reward model for a “fixed” dollars off reward system. This allows operators to configure multiple dollars off reward tiers.
Previously, rewards used a progressive structure where points accumulated beyond the unlock threshold (Unlock $5 at 50 points, 55 points = $5.50, 60 points = $6.00, etc ) increased the guest’s redeemable reward amount continuously. The new system standardizes dollars off rewards into fixed-value tiers and supports multiple dollars off reward levels as well as free item rewards.
Key changes:
Note: You must have Toast Loyalty to use this feature.

Toast is exploring the concept of a centralized experience to better support how operators manage equipment, maintenance, and overall operational readiness. Through Test Kitchen, we’re seeking to understand how teams currently track vendor information, handle service requests, manage inspections, and document maintenance history—and where visibility or coordination gaps create friction.
Operators across restaurants and retail rely on commercial-grade equipment and facility operations to keep their businesses running day to day. When equipment fails—or routine operational tasks like inspections, hood cleanings, or preventative maintenance are missed—the impact can be immediate: operational disruption, potential lost revenue, and unnecessary stress.
This concept is intended to evaluate whether bringing these workflows into a more unified experience could help improve continuity, awareness, and confidence when responding to urgent issues or staying ahead of routine operational requirements.
This concept explores how operators currently manage and coordinate:
Note: This is an early-stage concept, not a feature currently in development. We’re sharing it in Test Kitchen to gauge interest, learn from operators, and validate whether this is a problem worth solving. Sign up to signal interest and provide feedback.

Stop juggling external ticketing platforms - Toast Ticketing gives you native ticket sales inside Toast so you can run concerts, prix fixe dinners, wine tastings, and entertainment events in one platform with your reservations and POS.
Toast Ticketing brings native ticketing into Toast so you can sell tickets - standing room, general admission, or prix fixe - without mapping to tables or syncing with a second platform. Create an event with a simple capacity model (e.g., 100 tickets at $20 each), sell through your website, and check in guests with the Toast Tables app.
Run ticketed events and regular reservations at the same time. Block specific areas for an event so those tables don’t show up for reservations, and keep the rest of your floor open. Ticketing uses the same prepayments engine as Toast Tables Experiences. Your staff already knows the Toast Tables Host App, they'll use it to check in ticketed guests too.

Wishing the "stock schedule" feature also works on modifier items. We are a tea house and we constantly need to mark drink toppings (modifier items) in stock and out of stock.
02-26-2026 09:07 AM
This is really great feedback! We'll be sure to share it with the team. I'm sure it would be a valuable update for many businesses.
02-26-2026 09:15 AM
Besides the "stock schedule" feature, it would be nice to have on the 86 report the modifier items that are out of stock. Currently it only shows menu items, and not the modifiers. Say you mark tomatoes out of stock yesterday, and this morning you get more in but it doesn't show on the report and you get busy and forget to mark them back in stock. Being able to see ALL items 86'd would be most helpful.
02-26-2026 09:55 AM
Toast IQ should be able to 68 all those. I know 86 works that way.
02-26-2026 10:00 AM
Thanks! Yes, that works. I hadn't thought of using ToastIQ to gather the list. Most helpful!
