If you have Toast Loyalty, you can now access the Loyalty Misuse Reporting!
Loyalty Misuse Reporting provides restaurant owners and GMs with non-intrusive insights into potentially suspicious behaviour related to loyalty points redemption, accrual, employees using their own details to create loyalty accounts and redeeming points against cash orders. This new beta report helps you identify unusual loyalty behaviour that might otherwise go undetected. It gives you a clearer view into how points are being earned and redeemed, and by whom, without requiring hours of manual auditing or second-guessing your staff. It’s already helping several Toast customers catch patterns they had no visibility into before.
