Is there a way to assign the handhelds to specific servers for their shift? I was told the handhelds can receive alerts when food is ready, instead of texting the servers cell phone.
It wouldn't be assigned to a specific device, just whatever one they are logging into at the time will show the notifications for them if you have it setup that way.
