Can it be put on the website on the opening day? so that it does not appear that the restaurant are open

If you are doing a soft opening in-store and not ready for taking online orders, you can turn off your online order until you feel you are ready. When you turn off online ordering, your online ordering website will indicate "you are currently not accepting orders online".

To turn off online ordering, (click this link https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/takeout-delivery/homepage?utm_content=left_rail#) or go on to Toast web >> Takeout&delivery >> Toast Online Ordering section and select "ordering off". After selecting ordering off, make sure to click "Publish All Changes", the blue button on the top of the page to update your website. Open a new tab on your browser and go to your online ordering page to confirm online ordering is turned off.
