When my servers log in with thier number, the order screen used to show their name at the top of the screen so they could see who was logged in. Now there is no way to tell who is logged in on the order screen or payment terminal screens.
Hi there @scolaro723, sorry to hear you're having trouble! How recently did this problem start? Are you on the new POS experience? Can you share a screenshot of your screen with the spot where names used to appear?
