Cash Management - Safe Control

Hi,

We would like to know, if our Cash at the Safe can be controlled with Toast. Currently, we are using an excel sheet. I suppossed if we declare our Safe as a Drawer, we can Open it, Count money, add Pay Out or Pay In and Close it every day. I asked to Toast Agents in the past but they told me it was not possible. Any of you try to use it this way?

Your idea would work fine, just create a fake printer with a cash drawer. Make sure it has a name that is obvious because there is no way to exclude it from the cash drawers listed during shift reviews.
