Close a section

Is it possible to close a section during service or even ahead of time? For instance, we have an outdoor patio that we need to close due to weather. If we know that 1/2 way through service we will get rain and need to close the section. Or, we know it will rain in the future, how can we close the section for that day? We would also like to back the seating quantity per 1/2 hour down for the rest of the day.

I think the easiest thing would be to create block for the date and time period, select the tables you want to block.

Unfortunately, that does not allow us to reduce the number of guests allowed to make reservations. We loose 13 table and 40 seats when it rains.

Ok, think you would have to create a schedule in the backend for rain day, make the necessary changes for that schedule and just adjust the dates and shifts each time.
