Closing out day remotely?

Is it possible to close out and end the day remotely? I have a manager that usually closes out each day but she will be leaving for vacation for a week and I will not be available to close out the day at the POS. Any of my employees are able to close out the cash drawers but only the manager and myself are able to get the Z report and close out the day. Is it possible to do this remotely and the employee that is closing out the drawer can just deposit the cash drawer deposit into the safe and still be good to go for the next day?

Do you need a printed z report? If not the day will auto close at 4am, auto clock out any clocked in employees and capture payments without needing to doing anything.

Thank you so much. I was not aware that it would auto close out. I don’t absolutely need a printed one. Am I able to print it out at a later date if needed?

Yeah you can print up to the last 7 days of close out reports from the pos, and there is nothing in the z report that can't be found in the sales summary and elsewhere on toast website.
