We have employees who help prep all our delivery orders. Users can schedule orders in advance for delivery. The individual prep stations print, but the overall ticket does not print, which makes it very difficult for the employees because they don't know what order the food is coming from.
Is there a setting we are missing here?

Sounds like you need a master ticket for each individual order. Is this something you are looking for?
